Until his untimely death he served as a major sire at Tersk, where he produced many horses of distinction, among them a number of exquisite mares: Pandora (out of Pallada), Monika (out of Metropolia), Panaceia (out of Pesnia), Nizina (out of Nit), and many others. Nabeg was a classic desert-type Arabian horse. His superb qualities are inherent in his progenitors Pesniar (out of Pesnia) and Menes (out of Metropolia), now star sires in the United States.
